The Online Marketing Manager is expected to develop and execute coordinated marketing campaigns aimed at driving user acquisition and engagement for Boreal Bikes. You must be able to handle several different tasks concurrently; work closely with our analytics partners to make data-driven marketing decisions; coordinate with the team to implement tracking and other functionality necessary for successful campaigns and have a strong grasp of general internet technology and the biking industrisy.

Managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, search, display, and social media.
Vetting and testing new media opportunities
Assessment of potential traffic sources
Negotiation of pricing and terms
Launching new campaigns
Implementing tracking and proper campaign structure
Ad creative development/approval
Monitoring campaign performance and making appropriate adjustments
Optimization of campaigns
Ad, landing page testing
Targeting segmentation and optimization
Design, execution and analysis of AB tests
Apply knowledge of basic statistics (e.g., sample size, significance) to assess validity of results
Use of SQL and advanced excel
<h4>Is this you?</h4>
At least four years of relevant professional online marketing experience.
Technical degree (economics, engineering, statistics, etc.) strongly preferred.
Experience with overall marketing strategy, including budget allocation, opportunity assessment and prioritization
Strong familiarity with SQL.
Advanced Excel functionality.
Prefer to be hands-on and can multi-task with ease.
A desire to work in a fast-paced, bike driven environment.
